What Sinema Sasa provides

Sinema Sasa is a Kenyan screen discovery and editorial platform. We help audiences discover titles, watch trailers, read contextual information, and continue to authorized external viewing destinations such as Baze. Unless expressly stated, Sinema Sasa does not host or sell the full films listed in the catalogue.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. You must not:

• impersonate another person or submit material you are not authorized to share;
• attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or introduce malicious code;
• post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content; or
• manipulate ratings, reviews, challenges, or analytics.

Creative and editorial submissions

You retain ownership of material you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it, including artwork, trailers, names, credits, and links. You give Sinema Sasa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, resize, display, and promote that material for platform review, publication, discovery, and related editorial coverage.

Every submission is subject to moderation. We may verify links and credits, request changes, decline or remove content, correct formatting, or suspend publication where accuracy, safety, rights, or platform standards are in doubt. Submission does not guarantee publication or a particular level of visibility.

Intellectual property and corrections

Platform branding, design, software, and original editorial work are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Film artwork and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Rights holders may use the contact page to request attribution changes, a correction, or removal, with enough information for us to verify the request.

External services

Baze, YouTube, Vimeo, social platforms, and other linked services are independent of Sinema Sasa. Their availability, content, transactions, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not guarantee continuing availability or imply ownership by Sinema Sasa.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep catalogue information accurate and the platform available, but information and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sinema Sasa is not responsible for indirect losses or for third-party content and services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
